ShipTown promotion - Terms and Conditions

By participating in the ShipTown Promotion (“Promotion”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.

Promoter and Responsible Party

  • ShipTown is solely responsible for the organization, administration, and fulfillment of this Promotion.

Eligibility and Authorized Entries

  • The Promotion is open exclusively to businesses that complete the official entry form.
  • Entries to the Promotion may only be submitted by individuals who possess decision-making authority within the respective company.
  • Employees of ShipTown, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  • Participation is void where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period

  • The Promotion begins on 03.02.2025 and ends on 03.03.2025.
  • All entries must be received during the Entry Period. Late entries will not be considered.

How to Enter

  • To enter, businesses must complete the designated Form with accurate and complete information.
  • Each business is allowed only one entry. Duplicate entries may result in disqualification.

Prizes

  • Grand Prize: One winning business will receive the following:
    • A Zebra barcode scanner
    • A label printer
    • A free one-year subscription to ShipTown Pro
  • Participation Prize: Every business that completes the entry form will receive:
    • A 2-month ShipTown Pro subscription
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be substituted or combined with any other offers.

Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winning entry will be selected at the sole discretion of ShipTown based on the information provided in the entry form.
  • The decision of ShipTown regarding the selection of the winner is final and binding.
  • The winner will be notified via the contact information provided in the entry form, and the announcement will be made after the Promotion ends.
  • If the selected winner cannot be contacted within 14 days or is found to be ineligible, ShipTown reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Data Privacy and Use

  • By entering the Promotion, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal and business data for the purposes of administering the Promotion, as well as for future marketing communications from ShipTown.
  • All personal data will be handled in accordance with ShipTown’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Sponsor Rights

  • ShipTown reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or any unforeseen circumstances.
  • In the event of any changes or cancellation, ShipTown will notify participants via the contact details provided, and no prizes will be awarded if the Promotion is canceled.

Limitation of Liability

  • ShipTown and its affiliates are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or other issues that may affect the entry process or the administration of the Promotion.
  • By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless ShipTown, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, losses, or damages arising from or related to the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ireland.

General

  • These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ShipTown regarding the Promotion and supersede any prior understandings or agreements.
  • If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • Your participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
